What are your favorite ways of expressing your anger in a healthy way?

I was one of those people that never got angry, would never acknowledge anger, until it exploded like a volcano. “Who me? I’m not angry. I’m not an angry person.”
What I didn’t understand was that my refusal to face the high sensation of anger also meant that I couldn’t feel enthusiasm, joy or ecstasy. Nor could I be trusted in relationship.
